Someone who is assigned male/female by a doctor and doesn't identify with their assigned gender (gender≠sex) also transgender people can be a woman man or any other gender (or no label)

transgendered

A broad term referring to any individual whose gender expression is different from their biological or genetic sex. It includes everything from a crossdresser who is happy with their birth sex to a transsexual having sexually reassignment surgery to become the opposite sex. It should be noted that being transgendered is not an indication of whether or not a person is gay.

A homosexual person who is in the process of having their gender re-assigned. Not yet a trans-sexual, but aspiring to be and when the process is complete will engage in now homosexual activity.

A young girl who wants to be boy, but is still a girl and thinks its gay to be with a boy, preoperation. Post operation is fine with having coitus with girls.
