Team tampon

The term applied to a group of males, who supposedly think they are cool, when in fact they are all greatly lacking in ladish genitalia. Fellow Lads may choose to categorise males who refuse to engage in creeping, late night perversion on women, or any general laddish antics as being a member of team tampon. A male may remove himself from this team by metaphorically removing his 'tampon', by doing something relatively ladish.

Ok boys we will all go creep and get laid, Team Tampon can remain at the side of the bar drinking their Malibu and Pineapple.
