sarcastic smarmy

refers to those who are anything but smarmy, but could be.
Ideally social network connections in metropolitan areas, hip, happening, from what I can see. Opposite of urban trife. The person who is known as green, friendly, perfect when the light is shining. Maybe would dis a dork.

A sarcastic smarmy could be a student at a big time campus, or a freelance writer/photographer/graphic designer/dj/you name it living, working, thriving to some extent in an urban environment.

someone that is "weird"or "strange" but not in a normal weird way.I mean when you say that person is sarcastic is because its undefined,they say they like something they dont really like and they just behave in weird manners.
