A purposal is a proposal for a project or to a person that serves a purpose of getting credit or favor for something you have already done.

Example 1:

“Hey Josh, it looks like updating the knowledge base is on our yearly goals.”
“We got that done 2 months ago.”
“Yep. We should do a purposal for it and send a screen cap each week of our progress.”

Example 2:
“Aunt Audrey said she’ll add me to her Will only if I am married.”
“Well, consider this a purposal. Let’s go to the courthouse and get a piece of paper.”

Purpose Excluded means being a reject from friends and family. Or it can also mean a person with suicidal thoughts after trying to define a meaning to there lives. The most used reason of this means not knowing how to explain ones action.

around friends i'm just purpose excluded, when i walk down the streets i feel down not knowing who i really am so i become purpose excluded, when i give a teacher a answer to this open ended i don't know why i can't explain so i tell them i am purpose excluded.
