a response to somebody that usually signifies that you don’t care or you are underwhelmed with their statement.

usually spelt with a lower case o and a full-stop, the lowercase o to represent that you didn’t even care enough to capitalise, and the full-stop to represent that the conversation doesn’t warrant any further continuation.
