Someone that tends to point outthings that stand out like dogs balls. In other words, noticing the really obvious.

Obviparently

Obviparently; Pronounced (ob - vih - pair - ent - lee) Is a combination of the word Obviously and Apparently. I know a lot of people who use this word in Michigan (all over) so why not spread it to the other states and countries? :)

"You obviparently didn't see last Wednesdays viewing of LOST."

Person1: "I can still do x if y."
Person2: (Sarcastically) "Obviparently."

Obviously Blind

An adjective describing someone who, it is plain to see, can't see. Sometimes hard to distinguish between this, and a moron

Note: Sometimes confused with blindingly obvious

*Thud*

Foolish Guy: "Hey, why does that guy keep walking into walls?"

Cool, wise guy: "Well he's obviously blind... Well, that or he's just a moron"

Much like the use of obvi in English listed here. Obvio is a shortened form of obviamente, used especially in Argentine Spanish.
