Undoubtably the most influential rock band of all time, if not the most influential of all genres. It's just sad that people give them so much credit... because they weren't terribly original. Led Zeppelin I doens't have a single song which isn't influenced by another band/person. Page copped lyrics and riffs from many poor blues artists without giving them proper credit. In fact, they've been sued several times for it.
This includes, but is not limited to the following:
Rock 'n Roll, Black Mountainside, When the Levee Breaks, Custard Pie, Hats Off to Harper, How Many More Times, Bring It On Home, Whole Lotta Love, Babe I'm Gonna Leave You, Nobody's Fault But Mine, In My Time of Dying, Moby Dick, Lemon Song, Boogie with Stu, Stairway to Heaven (yes, they lifted the beginning chords and the progression pattern), White Summer, Since I've Been Loving You, Dazed and Confused, Communication Breakdown.
They did have some original tunes which were good, but they need to give credit where credit is due, like to Willie Dixon or other poor blues artists of the 50s.

Led Zeppelin III is Led Zeppelin's third studio album. It was released in 1970. It had alot of accoustic/folk songs on it, which made alot of people critizice them of copying Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young.

Led Zeppelin are the greatest band ever to walk the face of this earth. They influenced the face of music forever. Since them there has been no one who has been able to match the skill and intensity of their music. In Led Zeppelin each quarter, be it Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones or John Bonham plays an equal part. They are all so talented in what they do. Robert Plants's howling vocals, Jimmy Page's mind blowing riffs and the way he dances his hand up the fretboard, John Paul Jones's mesmerising bass lines and John Bonham's pounding Drum solo's...ahhhh...They fucking ROCK!

The best band ever to exist on the face of this earth. From their bluesy first album, to the best guitar album ever (Led Zeppelin II), to the best acustic album ever( Led Zeppelin III), to the best album with the best song ever ( Zep IV) to the best album ever( Physical Grafitti) and so on...
Led Zeppelin have never composed a bad song... All their songs are so fucking good. Only few bands are good enough to even lick Zep's balls(apart from Pink Floyd).
Stairway to heavenis the best song that has ever been written. Actually Sick Again, Dazed And Confused, Trampled Under Foot, Achilles Last Stand are as well
Jimmy Page is the best guitarist in the whole world. He will never be surpassed by any guitarist.
Jjohn Paul Jones is the best bass/keyboard player ever.
Bonzo is the fucking best drummer to stop foot on this earth. he can do anything on his drums- for you doubters check out Moby Dick live..
And Robert Plant has the most amazing voice ever. To prove this i reccomend you to listen to the ZEP DVD and putting on the MSG concert on the first DVD from 1971 and listening to I can't quite you baby
