A character from the popular manga/anime Fruits basket.

Hatori is part of the Sohma(soma) clan,he is the clans doctor and a member of the zodiac representing the dragon

Because of this when hugged or embraced by the opposite sex he turns into a seahorse(sea dragon).

He is partly blind because of Akito the clans head.
He knows how to remove peoples memories.
He is also beautiful
