when a wrecked car is respawned in a racing video game, and flashes for several seconds. The term was inspired by watching the garbage pail kids movie, and playing need for speed high stakes on the PC. When I wrecked my car, and resetted, I glanced at the scene where Dodger is tied to the sewer pipes
