Saigo no akuma is nickname of deadly stealth ninja in japan. Translating his nam means "The last devil" meaning hes last of his clan named Akuma no chinmoku (Devils silence) as bad as it sounds they actually help the village to defend it against drug dealers and human trafficing they were trained by master known as Katame no samurai (One eye samurai). Saigo no akuma is last member alive of that clan still defending village his clan used to defend for decades.
