Ghetto Hood Retard aka GHR. Someone who is trashy and does trashy things like goes to the hookah, sleeps around, and starts stuff with everyone knowing they won't actually do anything. These people lack common sense and often try to turn there friends into GHR's as well.

Brittany a first time hookah goer met Alexandrya who is a Ghetto Hood Retard and within a week Brittany became a Ghetto Hood Retard.

Hood Rat

Hood Rats are losers who walk around downtown. They have no job, and usually dropped out of high school. They are often spotted by the Mountain Dew bottle located in the back pocket. They always have about half their underwear showing.
