The Stormsy effect is the process of year 8s becoming wannabe roadmen due to listening to a tormsy song once. Although it was originally Stormsy, many other rappers and drill artists have this effect, including OFB, Russ Millions, Tion Wayne and (rarely) Central Cee. This is an extremely worrying theory and has brought up questions about the quality and mental capacity of the country's future generations.
