When somebody had a serious, big cold and they can't stop sneezing, and they spread all over the world.

Person 1: AAAA, I CAN'T STOP SNEEZING!
Person 2: Great, I got a cold, because of you!
Person 3: Me too!
Person 1: I think I have Sick Syndrome. Did my sickness spread all over the world?
Person 2: I think it did.
