Slang for one of many towns that start with a K. (but not all of them)
It only works in context.

Alice: When are you going back to K-town?
Bob: Which one?

John: There's a party in K-town tonight.
Sue: I'm there.

The small suburban region approx. 20 mins north of downtown ATL. Here you will find an excess of bored white kids with nothing to do but sit at starbucks and complain about how there is nothing to do except sit at starbucks and complain. It is quite possibly the suckiest place on earth.
