a termed used when you and your mate are very drunk (do not try if about to pass out drunk) the switch over is when you your making out with and girl your your best bud is making out with a girl next to you. synchronized you and your bud swap chicks without them realizing and true fully skillful and awesome thing to do.
if you do this when you are too drunk you may end up making out with your best bud you have been warned!
