Mika uses this term in his song "Lollipop" on the album Life in Cartoon Motion. I don't know what it means exactly, but i imagine it has a bad connotation.

Put simply, a slow person/thing/The Cheat. Used in the same way as newbie. Often used in regards to someone who takes too long to paint a mural on a fence, esp. in Strong Badia.

"...and hopefully by then, The Cheat will have finally succeeded in finishing that mural I asked him to paint on the fence. Like a YEAR ago. Slowbie."
