Meagan Camper 

Meagan Jane Camper is an American model born on May 2nd 1989 in Carrollton, Ohio. She is mostly known for dating Pete Wentz, from Fall Out Boy. She has modeled for several brands, including American Eagle and Urban Planet, back in 2010-2012. She is the mother of Saint Lazlo Wentz (6) and Marvel Jane Wentz (3). She also takes care of her step-son, Bronx Mowgli Wentz (12). She is an amazing person, with a good heart and personality. She also is insanely beautiful!

A happy person. More often it seems to be used with "not" to describe unhappiness. It has been in usage for at least 10 years now, where or how it was originated is currently unknown.

Camping Noob 

A camping noob otherwise known as a camper is usually either new at the game or lacking greatly in skill. The Call of Duty franchise has many camping noobs that play the game. The camping noob will refer to the camping as strategy or tactical. Most often the camper will chose a weapon that takes no skill whatsoever such as an AA12 (Auto shotty) or an M16 with a noob tube. Camping noobs are at the bottom of the gaming ladder, clutch players at the top and everything else in the middle. Most camping noobs think they are good for god knows what reason.

Camping Noob-"You guys are horrible, running around like a chicken with your head cut off."

Clutch Player-"I guess thats why I went 64-12 and you went 5-0, get good scrub."

A dirty political campaign run against your opponent, using exaggerations, lies, and/or quotes taken out of context, in an attempt to scare or disgust the public against that candidate.

The 2012 presidential election used a smear campaign against Romney, implying that he didn't pay taxes, had a war on women, went around with his dog tied to the car, was a high school bully, hated 47% of the country, and was nothing but a rich greedy douche. The Obama administration, Mother Jones and some members of the media used dirty tactics. Too bad, the economy probably would be much better if he were president, but we'll never know now.
