Someone that has an idea of how the world works that is completely and totally at odds with the way the world really works. Which when acted upon leads to most certain mishap.

Someone who, to the naked eye, appears to be alert and engaged in the task at hand who in reality has no idea what they are doing though they have convinced themselves that they have it all under control.

Speed Dream

A Speed Dream , or the act of Speed Dreaming, is when a compilation of a bunch of different dreams and antics are so randomized and fast-changing that the brain doesn’t take to realize what’s going on, which is why the plot of the dream, if not the dream as a whole, can’t be remembered or able to be explained.

Friend: Man, I slept after I took that molly and my dreams were terrible. How about you?
Me: I wouldn’t remember man, I was speed dreaming.
