Actually he (she) is trying to promote some product or service, or he is just trying to troll

Poser is a person in their 20s or under who dresses so much like a skater that their outfit screams to people that they skateboard yet they don’t even have a skateboard or have one but doesn’t know how to use one but brings it with them but doesn’t use it. Posers may hold their Trucks or do Mongo Pushing and brag about their fake grindings from their skateboard and that they’re so good at skateboarding, Until someone asks them to do an Ollie and ends up getting injured causing themselves to be embarassed and everyone calling them “Posers”

Kid: Hey! Do a Kickflip!
Poser: Oh Uh Okay… “Attempts an Ollie and falls”
Kid: Do you even SKATE mister?
Poser: Um of course I do, I’ve been skating for years!
Kid: Then how did you fail trying an Ollie??
Poser: Look… I’m just aaaaa burnt out okay.
Kid: Okay then, Poser!
