The Fitness Gram PACER Test

The FitnessGram PACER Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues.

The test is used to measure a student's aerobic capacity as part of the FitnessGram assessment. Students run back and forth as many times as they can, each lap signaled by a beep sound. The test get progressively faster as it continues until the student reaches their max lap score.

The PACER Test score is combined in the FitnessGram software with scores for muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and body composition to determine whether a student is in the Healthy Fitness Zone™ or the Needs Improvement Zone™.

There is no way to legally say The Fitness Gram Pacer Test unless you read out the entire description randomly at a public gathering.

Trying something that you've recently bought for the first time, e.g. "test driving" a pack of caffeine pills bearing the brand "Tombocantuxin" to keep you awake whilst staying up late doing mountaining college assignments

I just got a pack of Tombocantuxin caffeine pills, so I'm going to take them for a test drive tonight while I finish my college assignments and see if they really help me stay awake!

the homie test

its when you smell your nigga's nuts, then play trust balls with them. trust balls is when you cup your nuts in your hands, and then hover it over their hands, as if you're about to dump your nuts on his hands. Once you're in position, you both say "trust balls", and its up to that individual to decide whether or not he'll dump his nuts on his hands. If he doesn't dump his balls during trustballs, and you smell his nuts, you then have to take his socks off. Then you pass the homie test
