A person is socially stupid when they smoke a cigarette in front of the entrance of a health food store. A person is socially stupid when driving erratically on the highway. A person is socially stupid when talking profanity's in a restaurant. A person is socially stupid when their baby is crying in a restaurant, and they don't take it out of the restaurant to settle the baby down.
