someone who is named deen, this person may act like a retard at times but is generally a funny person. People call him Deenie Weenie because it is so funny to see him get angry, and it is even funnier that he never really does anything about it besides saying STFU. It is common for Deenie Weenies to play video games like crazy, but still suck at them.
