Shirker Bandit

Traditionally when some not only gets out work but then lays it on you - a good old flim-flam man. It now extends to any masterof the jiggery pokery, who shirks work and then does a runner leaving you to pick up the pieces.

They are sharp tools.

Ross: Hey Sharman, don't you need to finish the GAS brief?
Sharman: I'm being transferred man, you'll have to take it all over, now I'm off to lunch!
Ross: You are the Monarch of Shirker Bandits!

One who poops in another person's bathroom and either clogs the toilet or stinks up the place and denies any and all accusations.

Tom: I overheard Christina talking to Danielle about making a giant poop. She was definitely the last one in there.

(time•BAN•DIT) n. someone who wastes your time by telling long winded stories, isn't punctual, makes you wait for various reasons, plans boring outings, etc. it's a retro reference to an brit-comedy movie from the early eighties of the same name.
