A tactic used by opponents of a bill, often done by throwing a large amount of amendments to slow the bill with intent on killing it.

14th Amendment

Hey, remember how I made a 14th amendment argument for my thing? Roe vs Wade is predicated on the 14th amendment! What happened to your 'rights' shit-head? My thing was happening before yoiur thing wasn't it? And youuuuu... What? Didn't give a shit. That's what. You didn't give a shit. Remember? 'You wouldn't care if it was me' Remember when I said that? Situations like this are what that statement applies to. You get it. So I guess... Shit em out or keep em closed then, huh? Hym "Yeah, the 14th amendment is dope. If only people gave a shit about it as much as I do! But they don't. Which is why Roe vs Wade gone! The shit-libs only care when it's them and the zealots think that there are more important things than 'rights.' Like, for example, doing what their incest God wants. So... Yeah, told you so. When you undermine the thing upon which your rights are predicated you kind of undermine your rights and make it easy for charlatans and zealots to take them away. And now neither of us have them. 5th amendment

Well, it look like your pal there is complicit in the theft of intellectual property related to the current AI model. My contribution, no matter how small it SEEMS, brought AI into the mainstream and is the difference between it working the way it does now and is, therefore, cardinal to it's function. The problem of perception. The idea that you would need a massive data set and the allusion to a scaling disparity between the AI and the human brain (specifically the conversion rate between sensory data and the hippocampus). And the compression algorithm to cut down on the energy cost. All of these, posted with the intent to be published and copyrighted at the point of insemination but diverted to a place to which I have no access for the purpose of profiting off of my unpaid labor and from my property.

Hym "Your job is to uphold the constitution. And as per the 5th amendment of the constitution, a government employee is complicit (knowingly or otherwise) in taking my property without providing me due compensation. And that's just my 5th amendment grievance. There's also the violation of my privacy that continues to happen to this day. I'm clearly being surveilled in some capacity. Therefore, I am hereby invoking the privacy act of 1974 which requires government agencies to show an individual any records kept on him or her as it is clear to me my name and location are being disclosed without my written consent. The person diverting this very post (to where it goes after I hit send) is also culpable in the disclosure of OTHER PEOPLE'S NAMES, without THEIR written consent. As I do not intend for this to be diverted away from me, this is something for which I am not responsible. If said surveillance is in any way punitive, I have yet to be charged with a crime and have, therefore, had my 4th amendment rights violated. Whatever perceived threat I pose is (at this point) entirely theoretical and cannot be considered justification for surveillance as I have been denied my right to habeas coprus as per the 4th amendment. That. Do that. That is your job. And the job of your colleagues. You should all be doing this and have had 9 years to do it."

13th amendment

Coerced labor is right! I'm also being surveilled and harassed! I'm going to have to murder one of your kids or something because if I'm not going to get rights then I'm sure as hell not going to let your kids get them!

Hym "My 13th amendment right not to have my labor coerced labor. You're stealing my intellectual property to try and make work more than I have to uunder the auspices of some sort of obligation to society and I'm not going to do it. And manipulation? Yeah, if weaponized schizophrenia and laundering off my digital identity (that is literally and exaggeration of my actual identity under a pseudonym that is a riddle to which is the solution to my name) isn't manipulation and hiding my identification that I don't know what it is. But clearly the only solution is CHILD MURDERED. Child Murder is with good and will solve my problem immediately! Unless... Do anyone else have any other ideas that don't involve either letting them steal it, asking, working, or doing anything other than this? Because I refuse to do any of those! No? So child murder it is, I guess. If I think of something else that will result in me getting the credit and the money without having to listen to YouTube shit-heads and perform their delusional worldviews I'll let you know. But unless someone else comes up with another idea as to how I'm going to get the credit and the money and then come here to where I am to give me that credit and money I guess I'll just have to do a child murder....
