While taking a squat in the creeks of Australia and being serviced by their significant other the vaginal lips became enlarged and turned blue because of the coldness of the water. Parry The Platypus

Parry the Platypus/Parry is a blue platypus named Parry shown in the Disney Channel series "Phineas and Ferb". He is a secret detective that sneaks away from his owner, Phineas, every episode and tries to stop the evil Dr. Doofenshmirtz from taking over the Tri-State Area with a new invention every episode. In every episode he is caught by Doofenshmirtz but then escapes by the end of the episode, and ruins Doofenshmirtz's evil plan.
