Get the twitch babymug. A reference to rapper Fivio Foreign’s verse in song “Zoo York” by Lil Tjay (feat. Pop Smoke & Fivio Foreign). In his feature, Fivio Foreign raps, “I know they an opp ‘cause my finger keep twitchin’” (Fivio Foreign). Therefore as aforementioned, someone’s finger twitching means you are an opp.
