Cross between a sket and slag. Most girls that get called this normally give nosh for a fiver in the alleyway behind b&m bargains. They have the slug eyebrows and the really bad contour that’s orange as and highlighter brighter then the sun.

Boy1: eeee you seen that girl she’s such a skag
Boy2: yeh she gave me nosh and I only had to pay a fiver

Skagged

When a peice of sea weed is stuck or caught on an obstruction and is being pulled by the current but refuses to break free. It is just being pulled by the tide flapping about.

A large price of sea weed is floating at the boat ramp right on top of my propeller cause it is Skagged on my moor rope.

"Skag" is a slang name for cigarettes in North West Indiana the region.Quite different from the rest of the state, where the term is used as a slang term for the drug, Heroin.
