In reference to the American tv series "M*A*S*H*

The ability to see something, feel something, hear something or know something before it happens. A sort of 6th sense or esp that give a person a waking premonition that allows them to react minutes, moments, before something happen or something is needed.

It can be creepy.

Our dish washer must have esp or radar cause that guy is usually standing right behind me with what i need before i know i need it.

synonym for the new guard-rail radars being used by police officers, due to the belief that they can, will and are being used to also track where you and you car is at certain intervals, and where you go, in an effort to thwart certain people's alibis, for example.
