MeFA

stands for : Medium Functioning Alcoholics. Unlike high functioning alcoholics (HFA's) like drunk doctors and lawyers, MeFA's do honest, everyday wage jobs after getting fucked up on some or maybe all nights of the week.

Yeah --- my eyes are bloodshot, but check out this MeFA when i unload this entire truck in 20 minutes with this forklift!

A Mefter is a word for someone who is smet or un-friendly against a friend, it is used in some flemish dialects to comment on something that someone does that the person whomst uses the word does not like.

"sorry bro, i can't come to your party because i'm too tired!"

A name you call a friend who says something stupid, does something stupid or does something that you are not okay with. Mostly a dumber person. It can be said between friends.
