Uncle Jimbo Doctrine

Named after the fictional character from "South Park," the Uncle Jimbo Doctrine refers to a formal or informal military policy that enables otherwise illegal or reckless actions (that usually involves killings and/or collateral damage) by invoking self-defense as a justification.

Although Israel as the right to defend itself, its actions in Lebanon are an exercise of the Uncle Jimbo Doctrine.
