Depression

Is feeling like no one understands you anymore and how you feel. When you put a smile on your face and if someone asks you say " I'm fine" when really your screaming inside. The feeling feels like it will never go away and keeps getting worse. Often depression can lead to someone crying themselves to sleep in the darkness or losing passion for someone or something they used to love. It's hard to let people in when you feel like this but just know that you are not alone.

Depression

A pain inside that is so unbearable. It hurts like hell and makes you wonder why you are alive. You tell people you're okay, when really you're not. You try to find alternatives to this feeling, but you can't find one. You start to do self-harm because it's better than feeling depressed. You push family and friends. You want to find someone to hug and hold, but you push people away. Running away and self-harm feel like the only antidote. Depression is one of main cause of suicide. You feel like there's no one there and no one cares. Depression is like living in hell, in a fire pit. You feel like your having a heart attack. You are so hurt that you start to not care about emotions. You start to forget how to feel other emotions.

Person 1: "Are you okay?"
Person 2: "Yeah, I'm fine."
Person 1: "You sure? You have many scars on your arm."
Person 2: "I'm fine. No one would care if I told anyone anyway."
Person 1: "Do you have Depression?"
Person 2: Walks away.

Depression can be defined as being a teenager.

Depressuon is having to wake up.

Depression Is having to care for your family.

Depressuon is having no one love you.

Depression is cutting lines on your arms.

Depression is writing a suicide note
Depression is a failed attempted of suicide.

Depression is a mental health issue.

Depression is worse than death.

Depression is me.

Depression

Depression is not a joke it is when you don’t care about anything and you start feeling like there is no purpose of living in the world and you are sad because you have a lot of feelings inside you that you can’t stand and want to tell someone but you can’t because you don’t know if they will continue to be your friend like how everyone else did, depression is a horrible thing every acts like that have that but for attention. Depression is a feeling like you can’t stand nothing and the slightest things bother you, everyone you have becomes fake and back stabs you. You feel it your worthless and on now cares about you and you just think about how if you died no one would care.

Oh lord why do I have depression😞.
