Yellow light run

It's that sudden last minute overspeeding run that people often make to cross the traffic signal while it is still yellow. A common practice in India and has killed many, however, still remains a favorite street antic for many.

Girl: Dude, look yellow light still, hit the gas and let's cross it while it's yellow

Guy: Anything you say darling...time for a Yellow light run and here we go....

Girl and guy: oh nooooooo......

A method of checking in and following your partners comfort levels during sex. Reaffirms consent and is often used in kinky settings or when exploring sexuality.

Green - You're comfortable.

Yellow - Slow down, pause, or change something (negotiable).

Red - Stop.

Yellow Light Game

A game played on the inside of a moving car in which any time the car is under a yellow traffic light (though some interpretations state that the yellow light only needs to be seen by any one or more of the passengers). After the presence of the yellow light is made known, all passengers must try to touch the ceiling of the car. The last individual to touch the ceiling of the car must remove one article of clothing of their choice. Please note that the driver may participate in the game, but any safety hazards resulting from the driver of a large vehicle trying to pull their shirt over their head are not the responsibility of the individual writing this definition.

Person 1: Yellow light!
(Persons 2-4 place their hands of the ceiling of the car)
Person 5: Dammit, I was texting!
Person 1: The yellow light game rules!

a hobo salutation, usually given as advice or in parting. it is a reminder not to hit the hooch too hard. Drinking can be a healthy way to pass time and socialize, just make sure it’s a subtle as opposed to an overt contributor. The biggest problem with overly liberal use it is often the impetus behind abuse of all colours. Fighting, embarrassing falls, TMI; they’re all the result of excess libations.
