when a penis is medically considered micro yet there is a large amount of pubic hair on the shaft of the penis, this makes the penis look like it has a mane (lions mane) with the bear head of penis resembling the face of the lion. since the penis is a micro penis it occasionally retracts in to the body thus the "lion" hides in the the "cave" CAVELION

I saw Jim in the locker room, poor guy has a cave lion.

Cave

A dark place filled with bats and falling stalactites that can possibly penetrate your head or any other important body parts. Not recommended for people that have a fear of bats, darkness and falling stalactites. You can also yell something in a cave and the walls will repeat it for you, thats called an echo. Theres also may tunnels if you go in the right tunnel you can find gold or used condoms. If you go the wrong way then chances are, you'll get spiked by a falling stalactite. Stalactites are 2spooky4me.

Jordy went into a cave, he came out covered in stalactites.

Espn went into a dark cave , no he didnt he's scared of the darkness.

Someone who has had a abnormally large abdominal section since birth until present age. They have trouble fitting on rides at amusement parks. Often can be seen at XXL stores and in McDonalds drive throughs. The idea of a sit up is offensive.

Look at that, there goes that career belly over having trouble making it up stairs.
