An oxymoron. Pop music and punk music are complete opposites, making the term "pop punk" a worthless gimmick of a musical genre.

Ska Punk kids is what happend when the Happy Clappy bands heard bands such as the clash and madness and just before they turned Pop Punk they got a trumpet and possibly a sax and sped up their favourite songs!
