Ska Punk, rather than ska has a more agressive feel and is also known as Skacore.Some more commonly popular ska-punk bands The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, The Suicide Machines, Mustard Plug, Voodoo Glowskulls,Bim Skala Bim,Bad Brains,Rancid,Sublime and Catch 22.

Ska Punk kids is what happend when the Happy Clappy bands heard bands such as the clash and madness and just before they turned Pop Punk they got a trumpet and possibly a sax and sped up their favourite songs!
