When you're angry at the person who has wronged you and is not worth addressing properly at that moment. It is almost like the "Bye, Felicia" phrase but is a bit more disrespectful in both a formal and informal setting (professional and/or public). Concept is still the same.
Friend: You alright?
You: I was, but now I'm not.
Friend: Why?
You: Ask that one right there.
Co-worker 1: Did you drink my cranberry juice?
Co-worker 2: Wait, that was your cranberry juice?
Co-worker 1: I'm asking you about it, so...
Co-worker 2: How was I supposed to know it was yours?
You: Hey guys! Huh...what's going on?
Co-worker 1: Ask that one right there.
Manager: Why did you leave late last night? You are thirty minute overtime.
You: Ask that one right there.

Immediately, at the beginning of any event that progresses over time (games, movies, education, concerts, etc.).
"We sat down to play blackjack and Chad got 21 'right out the rip.' It was the first hand of the night!"
"I knew the blind date was going to be a disaster 'right out the rip.' She brought her mother, her daughter, and current boyfriend with her."
"My marriage was a disaster 'right out the rip,' I never should have ordered a wife from a catalog."
"The night was off to a terrible start as I got a flat tire 'right out the rip.' I was 30 minutes late for trivia."

Utilizing the center or even leftmost lane to execute a right on red when the rightmost lane is occupied by a driver intending on going straight (or too timid to execute a legal right on red.)
Mike - "Look at that moron in the right lane. Two perfectly open lanes to choose from and he is camping out in our way."
Me - "No problemo Mike, I'll just use this here center land and go right around him - the Right Around on Red."
Mike - "You are Batman."
