Building off of the truths you decide, you make your own reality that seems to be absolute, and you actually make yourself believe that you have lead yourself to the answer, you create your own truth becase your string of thoughts is never defeated by your perception of the facts or the outside world.

When things that are not involentary become involentary, such as tapping fingers, moving an arm, or even driving a car without thinking about it at all.
