They claim they have XY and don't respond to Androgens like testosterone, so they were born women-like. She has XX and is just trolling you. There's trans people who use hormones and surgery to become the other gender, but you're not supposed to do that, because God and Jesus and the holy spirit doesn't want you to do that.
