Goose Cleaning

The sexual act of inserting a bare hand into a goose's abdominal cavity typically through its anus and saying, "This is how you do it boys." The person continues thrusting their blood covered hand in and out of the goose in a forceful manner. The person also may play with a flap of skin flicking it in a playful state.
