A place that can horrify little children due to the large sex talks. Basically literally every definition is about sex

Urban SHUTDOWN

The word used when one tries to submit a word to Urban Dictionary, but doesnt get it published. This is usually said by friends who are trying to tease you. Urban SHUTDOWN usually causes extreme sadness and depression in it's victims.
