Throwing Her Panties

When one is flirting with someone at an obnoxious level. This is usually not noticed by the person flirting, but is clearly noticed by everyone else.

The word "her," while most commonly used in any situation, can be replaced by the likes of "your", "its", and "his". It can also be referred to as "Throwing Panties."
