someone (usually a guy) who stays doing the most for a female who doesn't even want him. he tries too hard to impress her whether its unnecessarily blowing his money on her, or "waiting" for her to get out of a relationship, etc. a simp will not even comprehend that he is one because he has put so much value on this female and is desperate to see his efforts pay off. a simp would get rejected and keep trying because maybe she'll change her mind
