neck rope

A slang term for the act of committing suicide by use of a noose or rope around the neck. Please consider not using this word. In many situations it is a form of cyberbullying. Giving Neck

When somebody rubs the back of anothers neck hard so that it hurts. This occurs after someone tells a bad joke and there's an akward silence, during the akward silence someone "gives neck" to the person who told the bad joke, and ends the silence.

Truman:Knock Knock!
Caleb:Who's there?...
Truman:Boo!
Caleb:Boo who?
Truman:Aww don't cry!
-Akward silence-
Then Caleb starts giving neck to Truman.
