A physique so ripped and big to the point that people start basing their bias towards you in a way, that depicts you as literally racist (and maybe misogynist). SIDENOTE: The owner of said physique must be white.

Your gym buddy: Yo dude just finished my cut, feast your eyes on these RIPPED obliques.
You: Holy shit dude! How the fuck did you reach 5.5% bodyfat? You have an absolutely racist physique.

Beef Raiser Wave

The practice (especially prevalent in midwestern states where cows are king) of waving at oncoming traffic by slightly raising the index finger of the right hand which is permanently positioned at the twelve o'clock position of the steering wheel. The wave is executed every time another vehicle is met on the road. It may or may not be accompanied by a nod of the head.

Dude, stop waving with your whole hand like a beauty queen when we meet someone on the road!!! You're in Nebraska now...gotta use the Beef Raiser Wave.

Levels of Racism

As we all know racism is disgusting like the people who excercize it, but there are indeed levels to it.

Level 1: Simple Racism (NiggER) not nigga.

Note the HARD ER, the which notifies the person being called such that this is intended with I'll will. Generally not as bad as others but none the less stil BAD.

Level 2-4: Moderate Racism
Moderate Racism is brought about by the people who are racist but don't see that they truly are. The hide behind the "I have black friends" stigma. Moderate Racism is identified by nice nasty terms relating to somebody of the opposite race. Not many slurs come out, they've mastered the art of turning a slur into a sentence. Very typical of older white people. They love that shit. Levels 2-4 are the most dangersous because they are the ones that slide the most in modern society but provided the right person could turn out pretty bad.

Level 5: Hard Slurs
These are off limits unless your ready to fight. Level 5 insults include BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Antique Farm Equipment

Banjo Lips
Chain Dragger
Future Inmate
Jig and a Pig
Moon Cricket
Free-Lance Honey Badger

Etc. It is essential that you know these scales and gauge your comments before speaking

Systemic Racism

Johnson defined systemic racism, also called structural racism or institutional racism, as "systems and structures that have procedures or processes that disadvantages African Americans."

Glenn Harris, president of Race Forward and publisher of Colorlines, defined it as "the complex interaction of culture, policy and institutions that holds in place the outcomes we see in our lives."

Black guy: Has a PhD, 4 years in college and has 2 years of work experience
White guy: 1 year in college and has 6 months of work experience
Employer: Hmm, I'll go with the white guy because he's white.
Black Guy: Well, that's what I call systemic racism.
