Usually but not always consists of conservative-leaning sexually insecure white men who reject "wussy" liberal ideas like fighting climate change, getting vaccinated, confronting racism, etc. while driving absurdly large pickup trucks and SUVs with terrible gas mileage, because FREEDOM BABY!

Bonus points if said vehicle has bumper stickers saying MAGA, COME AND TAKE MY GUNS, Blue Lives Matter, etc. etc.
