When you and a group of friends, play, outside, and get involved in a activity for 60, minutes. This is suppose to get you outside of the house and in shape and socialize.

Wes: "Hey Ben, you want to PLAY 60!"
Ben: "HECK YA! What do you want to play?!?!?"
Wes: "Frisbee!"
Ben: "YESSSSSSSSSS! This is my favorite part of the day!"
