Quexclimation Mark is the correct term for the punctuation: ?! It denotes asking a question with surprise, normally disbelief. There are some quarters that define this punctuation as the Interrobang. The people who do this are idiots. Quexclimation Mark is a contraction of the Question Mark and the Exclamation point. It's plain for all to see that Quexclimation Mark makes much more sense and is the correct term for this punctuation.

A new ethnic group emerging in the 21st century.They are a mix of hispanic, black, white, asian, and native american. They have absolutely no allegiance to any ethnic group or race whatsoever and tend to be interested in performing arts and fashion. Most of the time, these Question Marks will have some sort of accent and dress like metrosexuals and divas.
