Originates from lifeguard radio codes such as code red, code brown...etc. Can be used so public does not know what you are talking about.

When you have a large bowel movement and need the plunger to get it to flush properly. The brown water usually comes dangerously close to the rim.

CJ called in a code 94 after his dump wouldn't flush, and his roomate stole the plunger!
