When a females uterus cleans it self and sheds blood,usually 1 time a month, for a week.

I sat in my chair, and felt an odd sensation come out off my vagina. I went into the bathroom. I pulled down my pants and panties, and my underwear was dyed red with blood.

"Mom?" I said. " I'm bleeding in my vagina."

"OH. You got your period. Your body is getting ready to have a baby some day. Do you want to use pads or tampons?"
