The phrase 'low-key' is used in many different ways. The first way to use it is when describing something that isn't obvious. The second way is when using something you are shy of, I guess? 3rd thing is that this phrase is hypothetically a CRAZE. This phrase can be put in front of ANYTHING and make sense. LITERALLY ANYTHING.

1. "Hey, Serena. Who's your favorite artist?"

"Low-key? Pablo Picasso."
2. "Girl, who do you have a crush on? Spill!"

"Low-key...James!"
3. "Did you do homework?"

"Low-key no."

An uncommon nickname for those with uncommon traits. Keys is a helpful person, although self-conscious at times, they enjoy whatever small friend group they have scrapped together.
